Don't be fooled by cheap imports! Just about every generator on the market has a Honda or Briggs & Stratton motor, but what you may not realise is that many generators have a cheap Chinese alternator - and that means you get 'dirty power' that overheats and damages your tools and electronics.
We supply only Powerlite generators.
Powerlite is an Australian owned and operated company whose home office and manufacturing is based in Sydney. Powerlite use only top quality components, and because of that provide a full 2 year warranty.
Features
- Australian standard compliant
- Compact design roll frames
- Angle anti-vibration mounting system
- Light weight without compromising strength
- Superior electrical performance and power characteristics
Powered by Briggs & Stratton Vanguard and Honda engines, the range includes standard roll frame with angle anti-vibration mounts. By using innovative alternator technology, Powerlite offers a superior power-to-weight ratio on their 6-10kVA range (up to 25kg).
Weight is an important factor with current Workcover lifting regulations. Powerlite’s complete range is Australian Standard compliant (including IP23 weather protection). They deliver high-quality, low harmonic sign wave power.
Options include:
- Workcover Compliant Upgrade (incl weatherproof outlets & Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker protection) a must for tradesman, construction and Government sectors
- Wheels and fold down Handle
- Extended Operation Fuel Tank
Powerlite use only the highest quality, French made alternators that provide less than 2% Total Harmonic Distortion - giving you clean, reliable power. Other quality items include a cast iron cylinder sleeve, dual element air cleaner, full pressure lubrication system, sound control technology, and electronic ignition with electronic advance for consistent ignition under rapidly varying loads. This means smoother running, superior performance, and extended engine life.
If you are not sure what size generator to buy, Powerlite have calculators that will work out typical loads to help you determine the right size generator for your needs. You can find the calculators here: http://www.powerlite.com.au
