Customer Product Reviews are opinions shared by Norwest Tool Centre customers about products you are interested in so you can make informed purchasing decisions. You can also share your own opinion with other customers by rating and reviewing the products you own.
Find Out Who Writes Customer Product Reviews
Customer Product Reviews are written by customers like you who want to share their opinion about products they've purchased from Norwest Tool Centre. Norwest Tool Centre employees can also share their opinions, and their reviews will be identified by a Norwest Tool Centre Associate label.
Make Decisions Using Customer Product Reviews
Customer Product Reviews can help you decide if the products you are interested in are suitable for your needs. The customers who write the reviews have used the products and can share opinions about how the products met their expectations along with tips and suggestions for using the products.
Submit a Review
There are two ways to submit a review - by email invitation or while viewing a product's page on www.norwesttools.com.au. A few weeks after you place an order from us, we'll send you an email inviting you to review the products in that order. Also, if you happen to run across a product on www.norwesttools.com.au that you own, you can click "Review or rate this product" on that product's page to submit a review or rating.
Negative Reviews
Positive and negative reviews are welcome. Honest opinions will allow all customers at www.norwesttools.com.au to benefit from reading about good or bad experiences with the products they purchased. Sharing all kinds of opinions, so long as they are product-focused, will make this feature the most useful it can be for everyone.
View Your Review After Submission
Reviews are checked for inappropriate, offensive, obscene and/or copyrighted material before they are posted, so they will appear on our site within five to seven business days. Reviews are screened for SPAM or other messages that aren't related to the product. This will keep the comments all focused on helping you learn more about products without wading through a lot of unrelated messages. If you have posted a review recently, please check back soon to see your review.
Write Reviews to Meet the Review Guidelines
We are looking for content that meets review guidelines. We will not accept reviews that contain profanity, obscene materials, non-product-related comments, etc. If your review is focused on the product and follows the guidelines, it will be posted.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind when you review a product. Following these guidelines will help ensure your review is posted for others to benefit from.
* Focus on the product and your experience using it
* Provide specific details about what you did and didn't like about the product
* Remember that the purpose of submitting a product review is to provide insight for other customers who are considering purchasing the product
* Keep in mind that all submitted product reviews are subject to the terms set forth in our Terms of Use
We reserve the right not to post a product review if it contains any of the following:
* Obscenities, defamatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
* Prices, advertisements, "spam" content or references to other products, offers, websites or competitors
* Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
* Critical or spiteful comments about other product reviews posted on the page or their authors
Product reviews will not be posted if the reviewer does not have experience using the product. Product reviews must meet all internal guidelines and be written in English.
We try to check and post product reviews within five to seven business days of their submission. If a product review is not posted after that time, it may have violated one of the guidelines above and therefore did not get approved. Following the guidelines on this page will ensure your product review is posted.

Our staff are always glad to help with issues you may have, but they will not receive any information posted in a Customer Product Review. Please submit feedback and questions about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery or other Customer Service issues directly through the Contact Us page.
