4. Click the 'Send Email' button on the form to send your details to us so that we know to expect delivery of your tool

5. Click the 'Print' button on the form to print a copy to send in with your tool, so that we can easily identify it when it arrives

As soon as we receive your tool we will contact you with a quote for repair and return delivery. If you're happy with the quote you can just pay at the bottom of this page and we will repair and return your tool. If you don't want to go ahead with the quote you only need to pay for the return delivery of your tool, or if you want is scrapped we will dispose of it.
