Norwest Tool Centre specialises in the repair and servicing of all Electric, Air, Petrol and Gas operated tools used by industry and trades. We are the factory authorised service and warranty repair centre for almost all premier power tool companies, so if something ever goes wrong with your tools, we're the people to talk to.
We are authorised by most major suppliers to undertake their warranty service work as well as any warranty recall issues. We aim to have your repair assessed in our workshop within 3 days. Call us to learn more about our repair policies or arrange for a repair. We can even arrange tool pickup.

Our workshop is onsite and our tradesmen have over 40 years experience in the power tool industry.
We keep a full range of spare parts on hand. Our onsite workshop is staffed by qualified, experienced tradesmen supported by a full range of specialised service tools and test equipment.
We have a large service library of service and technical support drawings which includes hard copy manuals, service CD's and Internet access to service information, ensuring that we are able to repair everything from sentimental old favourite tools through to current new releases.
We also work closely with our local major hardware chains and industrial tool supply groups with service support. We cater for the general public and commercial businesses throughout Australia.

We can repair your broken or worn out tool to like new condition. We pride ourselves on our ability to resurrect the most beat up power tools. From that cord that met an untimely doom, to complete overhauls, we stock thousands of parts to get you back up and running again.
We know that good tools are expensive. We can let you know if your tool is under warranty, and repair it for free if it is. Sometimes, you can buy a new tool for only slightly more than the repair cost of the old one, in which case, you will be contacted. You can also set a maximum repair cost for your tool.

Sharpening
Sharpening of all edged tools such as saw blades, planer blades, hand chisels, and drill bits is a regular part of the service we offer our customers. We have points, chisels, spade bits, and moils re-forged by a local blacksmith. Re-tipping of diamond core bits is also available.
