Delivery

Norwest Tool Centre offers FAST delivery Australia wide.  Our delivery charge includes full insurance of your purchases during delivery.  We utilise a combination of in-house, courier & Australia Post delivery services to ensure the fastest and safest delivery possible for your order.

Our website will calculate your Delivery charge automatically - so you're not kept waiting for an email quoting delivery and then arranging another payment.

Just add your purchase to the shopping cart and enter your postcode for an instant quote!  There is no need to login first.

Delivery Time

All products ordered that are currently in stock will be despatched the same day or next day.  Allow between 2-3 working days for delivery (depending on delivery address & if product is in stock) from your order being placed.

While we carry a huge range of tools, it is not possible to hold in stock every tool made by every manufacturer.  If we are out of stock there will be a delay while waiting for new stock to arrive in store. All products that need to be ordered in from supplier will generally take between 2-4 days to arrive in our store.  On rare occassions the supplier may also run out of stock, which may cause further delays.  Please be assured that we do all we can to get your purchase to you as soon as is possible.

Delivery cost calculation or Choosing to pickup from our store

When you go to our Checkout you have the option of picking up your goods from our store free of delivery charges, or having us arrange delivery. 

If we are arranging delivery our web site automatically calculates delivery charges based upon the delivery address, weight, and size of the goods.  The delivery charge is shown at the Checkout.  To complete your purchase just select your payment method.  It's that easy! 

 International Delivery

Norwest Tool Centre offers international delivery. This works exactly the same as above.

Courier Deliveries

Courier deliveries will only be made to street addresses with boundaries defined and recognised by town/city councils. 

It is the receiver's responsibility to be in attendance at the delivery address.  If no one is in attendance at the time of delivery the goods will be left at the receiver's risk.

If you know that you will not be at the delivery address and want to reschedule the delivery day then please contact us with your instructions and we will make the necessary arrangements. 

Please Note

On exception if the freight fee will not cover our costs Norwest Tool Centre has the right of contacting the customer before sending out any goods and letting the customer know there will be a further charge for freight.

Norwest Tool Centre reserves the right to choose how goods are sent.
